SciLexis, Inc. is engaged in the development and commercial licensing of aggregated catalog data and specialty search systems to its customers. By electing to upload your data file you agree to allow SciLexis, Inc. to include your data within its commercial offerings. You may request that SciLexis, Inc. remove your data from the SciLexis, Inc. products and services at any time by sending an email notice to scilex1@scilexis.com. Upon such notice SciLexis, Inc. will discontinue using your data within its products and services within 60 days of receiving your request (Removal Notice Period).
SciLexis, Inc. can not guarantee the removal of your data from any products or services delivered to our customers prior to the end of the Removal Notice Period.
Updates
You may update your catalog data at any time by uploading a revised catalog data file.
The SciLexis Project supports catalog products used for R&D purposes only. Do not include products marked for human consumption. Scilexis, Inc. reserves the right to remove your products for any reason.
Supported Data Formats
SciLexis, Inc. supports catalog data in text and numeric form delivered in CSV, Excel, or XML format.
Each product record in your catalog file must include:
- Catalog Number – The number you require your customers to use when ordering your products.
- Short Description – A short text string describing the product to your customers.
Additional desirable data concepts include:
- Price (in USD)
- Delivery Time from order (Days)
- Detailed product application description.
There is currently no specific requirement or specification for catalog data files. SciLexis, Inc. will endeavor to support any data file provided. SciLexis, Inc. reserves the right to change this policy as our data system grows.
